Our Services

We can add value to the MEP component of your next construction project by concisely designing all of your services requirements at an early stage, detailing the design as it is to be built, co-ordinating with Stage 5 in mind (on site construction stage) and we can deliver savings to you through our efficiency. Unlike typical design consultants who will only go to Stage 4 (pre-construction), true savings can be realised with us by minimising design iterations and avoiding time lost due to abortive work, through to cost savings in procurement by having robust equipment sizing and confidence in selection of the smallest most efficient plant options.

We are highly technical, but use plain language to clearly convey the benefits of our design solutions. We use our technical understanding of how MEP services operate and interact with each other to value engineer schemes you already have under way, to bring your overall costs down. Or we can develop initial designs from concept with an awareness of your budget that is not common in this industry. We are happy to provide design support at any work stage you need and can also assess existing schemes for quality and compliance or assess performance of existing installations, offering recommendations for possible future investments in plant and infrastructure to return ongoing savings or improved performance.

CONSIDER CONSTRUCTION

Our Mechanical Designers are Degree qualified in relevant engineering disciplines, members of the Chartered Institute of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) and are Chartered or are working towards that.

They each have a wealth of experience from small scale projects to £200m+ value schemes. All our Engineers take a proactive approach to delivering projects in budget, on programme and enjoy strong and positive client relationships.

Our Electrical Engineers are Incorporated or Chartered through the Institute of Engineering & Technology (IET) and CIBSE.

They have substantial experience across all work stages with a key emphasis on quality, sustainability, and cost effective solutions.

Our experience ranges from small projects to significant schemes, including projects valued in excess of £3bn.

Our Sprinkler Designers are accredited for both Commercial and Residential systems under the FIRAS schemes and we are registered members listed on the British Fire Sprinkler Association (Bafsa) website.

Our Public Health Engineers specialise in Domestic Water Services and Drainage Systems design and are registered with the Society of Public Health Engineers (SoPHE). They also take the lead role in multi-service co-ordination and oversee the quality, consistency and accuracy of our design drawings.

Our whole team incorporates CAD and Revit Technicians, Architectural Engineers and Technologists who work together to integrate our services designs, thermal modelling and energy assessments. This helps us produce co-ordinated, sustainable, cost effective and ultimately buildable schemes.
